1. Definitions
   1.1. "2009" refers to the event ticketing platform owned and operated by SUMMIT2009 SDN. BHD.
   1.2. "Event" refers to any event for which tickets are available for purchase through the "2009" platform.
   1.3. "User" refers to any person or entity using the "2009" platform to purchase tickets.
   1.4. "Organizer" refers to the entity organizing the Event.
2. Ticket Purchase
   2.1. Ticket Availability: Tickets for Events are subject to availability. "2009" does not guarantee the availability of tickets until a purchase is completed.
   2.2. Pricing: All ticket prices are set by the Event Organizer and are subject to change. "2009" is not responsible for any discrepancies in ticket pricing.
   2.3. Payment: Payment for tickets must be made using the payment methods provided on the "2009" platform. All payments are processed securely.
   2.4. Order Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is your proof of purchase.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
   3.1. Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the Organizer's refund policy. "2009" will facilitate refunds as per the Organizer's instructions but is not responsible for issuing refunds directly.
   3.2. Event Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the Organizer will be responsible for providing refunds or rescheduling options.
4. User Conduct
   4.1. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or disrupt the operations of the "2009" platform.
   4.2. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
5. Limitation of Liability
   5.1. No Warranty: "2009" provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. "2009" makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality or availability of the platform.
   5.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall "2009" be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform or the purchase of tickets.

6. Intellectual Property
   6.1. Ownership: All content, trademarks, and data on the "2009" platform are the property of "2009" or its licensors. Users are prohibited from using any such material without prior written consent.

   7.2. Data Sharing: "2009" may share user data with Organizers for the purpose of facilitating ticket purchases and event management.

9. Governing Law
   9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
